With a rich, creamy flavor that almost tastes like dessert, the White Russian is also surprisingly strong. A mix of vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream deliver a pleasant buzz (and a caffeine boost), and you can even swap in a flavored vodka for something extra-sweet.
6. Snowshoe Grog
Don’t let the odd name deter you, this lowball cocktail is a straight shooter that’s widely popular in northern climates. Take your pick of bourbon whiskey or brandy, combined with a dash of peppermint schnapps – that’s it! Even though it’s served on the rocks, the Snowshoe Grog will definitely warm you from the inside out.
